Welcome to the Prosser Lab!

We are located in the School of Life Sciences and Sustainability at Virginia Commonwealth University in Richmond, Virginia. Our lab uses budding yeast as a model organism to understand cell organization and membrane transport. We combine techniques such as genetics, molecular biology, biochemistry, and microscopy to study the mechanisms of endocytosis and communication between organelles.
